A training workshop to help teachers at the St. Clare's Vocational Training Institute develop materials for teaching and learning in the classroom.

This was not intended for teachers teaching ICT but the entire teaching staffs, who teach other subjects, to enable them use ICT to enhance teaching and learning.

Adom Model School has won this year's preliminary ICT Quiz competition organized by WADEP in Nkwanta for Connect4Change Partner schools on June 28, 2013. About six schools took part in this event. The winner will represent Volta Region in the national event in Tamale

WADEP takes ICT Club on Technology Tour

An excursion to Beyond FM (a local radio station) was organised for After-School ICT Club members to familiarize themselves with the operations of the radio station and witness how technology is used to disseminate information. They were taken through the production studio, main studio, the news room, reception, transmission room and their conference room. At the end, a number of interviews were conducted which were aired during the station’s afternoon news.

Strategic Review Meeting for Partner Schools

A Strategic Review Meeting was organised for all partner schools involved in the Integration of ICT in Education project in Nkwanta. Issues discussed were the challenges, successes and sustainability plans of the various schools. Present were the head and teachers of partner schools, circuit supervisors from the Education Office, Ghana Education Project (GEP) and the District Assembly represented by the Assembly men.
